How can a heart loose love and gain it together,
How does a heart heal when the pain from that split is too hefty.
When does that heart decide enough is enough,
When does that heart decide pain is not love,
When does that heart decide it shouldn’t have to be so tough.
The heart’s emptying leaves room to be filled by another,
The heart loss of one love leads to the new one,
The heart’s chance of healing becomes hard to discover.
Sometimes the pain just becomes too much,
Sometimes the heart decides it’s time to heal,
Sometimes when love is easy it’s better to clutch.
